I’ve been taking my recipes on the road lately…here is my Perfect Summertime Thai Chicken Salad (enough for 12 people!) at an urban baby shower in Brooklyn.

I am happy to report that the salad seemed to disappear….although I *may* have force-fed it on a few attendees, including the lovely parents-to-be (who claimed to enjoy it, although, then again, they may be trolling for potential babysitters).
